Ali Cramer is the Co- Creative Director and senior teacher at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center NYC. She teaches for their teacher training and guest teaches in many teacher trainings nationally and internationally, as well as leading retreats and workshops around the world. Ali's background as a professional dancer and choreographer has a huge influence on her teaching style, which has been described as a creative vinyasa flow. She believes we can all utilize the music of our breath and the rhythm of our heartbeat in our Yoga practice as a way to connect with our highest Self. Come learn the basics and how to create specific tea and tonic blends using medicinal herbs and spices. We will taste some specially blended formulas that contribute to immune support, digestive ease, and help to refresh and get you ready for your next show!
Ayurveda and Aromatherapy:
Come learn the basics and how to create aromatherapy blends for finding balance and specific health issues like sore muscles, nausea, insomnia and many more. Each participant will have the opportunity to customize one blend as their own personal Roo Remedy.
Ali is teaching Friday in Accessible Camping, Saturday on the Solar Stage and then various VIP classes over the weekend . Her 11am class will feature DJ Uncle Jesse for a sick Dead Set Yoga session to get us ready for our Sunday night boogie with the boys. She will also be holding 2 Ayurveda classes in the Academy. Yogi Patrick McAndrew teaches yoga like no other. Straight outta’ the Green Mountains, he is a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher and musician living in Burlington, VT , and long-time teacher at Evolution Yoga. Born and raised in NYC, Yogi Patrick has been a student and teacher of meditation and yoga for over 18 years. Bringing experience directly from India and Hawaii, Yogi Patrick has taught and performed all over the U.S, including Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, BhaktiFest, Liberate Music & Yoga Festival, and many more. Kirtan - Kirtan, call-and-response ecstatic chanting, is an inclusive, heart-centered, transformational practice from India that encourages all participants to release their inhibitions and sing from the highest reaches of their souls. Yogi Patrick sings and plays guitar with his wife, Jacquelyn, and has chanted with Kirtan luminaries like Shyamdas, Krishna Das, Jai Uttal, and C.C. White.

Sheri Celentano is Co Creative Director of Laughing Lotus NYC, Director of Lotus FLY and Creator of Lotus Temple Dancers. Feeling incredibly grateful to be able to do what she loves and share it with others, her classes infuse all of her training and practice to create a safe space for people to let loose, shake free of inhibitions as well as to challenge themselves on a physical and emotional level. Sheri teaches worldwide workshops, teacher trainings and retreats; Korea, Vietnam, Germany, England, Holland, England, Belize and Mexico to name a few as well as across the USA. She has been teaching since the age of 15 and holds a degree in dance from the University at Buffalo. She completed her 200 and 300 hour trainings at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center under the guidance of Dana Flynn and Jasmine Tarkeshi as well completing advanced studies with Ana Forrest. From the NYC public schools to international Yoga Conferences, her mission is to help people find courage, strength and compassion for themselves and others, allowing our lives to be lived passionately, fully and peacefully.
Sheri is teaching Friday in Accessible Camping Saturday on the Solar Stage and various classes in VIP. Her 11am will be a live music Yoga Blues class on the Solar Stage! Come join her along with musicians Johnny Holleran & Mark Spellman of the band Without George, hailing from the West Coast of Ireland, along with the amazing Blues singer Shaleah Adkisson, a Southern gal from Arkansas.

KRISTEN ALEXA LAFFLER @ THE ACADEMY
Kristen’s enthusiasm and passion for teaching are apparent in all of her yoga classes. A student of Marianne Wells Yoga School she has a background in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Her teaching style primarily integrates Pranayama fundamentals, inspiring relaxation and progression of poses with one's breath. With a playful spirit, Kristen loves inviting others to try going beyond their perceived limitations. She firmly believes everyone is capable of personal growth and building self esteem when they see what their breath and bodies can do.
