Kevin Courtney has dedicated the last 15 years to the pursuit of awakening consciousness by focusing on strength, energy cultivation, and mental clarity. He leverages Shamanic Qi Gong, Kundalini, and Yoga Therapeutics to break open the body’s vital energy(Qi), and integrates Iyengar alignment principles and vinyasa flow to channel it. This unique synthesis generates a powerful unfolding of the yoga process. With teachings from the Sankhya Philosophy, Kevin captures hearts and minds with a down to earth style full of authenticity, kindness, and light-heartedness. He is an acclaimed teacher trainer and contributor to the Wanderlust, Boston Yoga School, and Kula Yoga Project 200/500hr programs. Kevin is also a regular instructor at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Wanderlust Festivals, a Fortune 500 executive wellness consultant, and the creator/lead guitarist of the yoga music project, Nada Sadhana.
