CLEAN VIBES C’ROO DESCRIPTIONS >>

SOME FESTIVAL C’ROOS OFFER SHIFTS TO BOTH PRE-SHOW AND DURING-SHOW C’ROO MEMBERS. BE SURE TO READ THROUGH EACH DESCRIPTION AND WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE FILLING OUT YOUR FESTIVAL C’ROO APPLICATION.

ACCESS- Works with the festival access staff with all operations in place to assist patrons with disabilities. Caring people with a passion to include everyone in the festival experience are a must with this C’roo. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

• This C’roo may require overnight shifts.

ARTIST HOSPITALITY AND LOGISTICS- Works with the Artist Relations and Transportation departments helping with check-in, set-up, office operations, and management of fan interactions with artists such as CD signings. Anyone with an interest in dealing with behind the scenes artists action that can handle themselves in a professional manor without getting star-struck are ideal. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

CAMPGROUND AND RVS- Helps manage and operate the different special areas of the campgrounds such as Groop Camping and the different Tent and RV Rental areas. The logistics of setting up a campground this size are immense and this C’roo is right in the middle of all of it to ensure our patrons have a great time. Like puzzles? The campgrounds are a huge puzzle that you can help with and learn about how we solve it. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

CATERING AND HOSPITALITY- Helps run the various catering areas on the festival from working in the catering office to helping stock and maintain the different catering areas. Could require heavy lifting. Catering and Hospitality are big business in the events world and this would be a great C’roo for anyone interested in breaking into it. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

CHECK-IN- Assists at all of the various credential pick-up and check-in locations both on and off site for festival staff, guests, sponsors, and attendees. A calm nerve and good attitude will go a long way for anyone interested in high volume customer service. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

CINEMA TENT- Helps maintain lines and escort festival attendees to seats in the Cinema Tent. The film and music industries have a strong connection and this is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn about bridging the gap. (Only available DURING-Show)

COMEDY TENT- Assists with all operations of the Comedy Tent from handing out line tickets to maintaining entrances and helping backstage. If you feel like venue management is your calling, this will give you a hands on experience helping to manage a venue within the festival site. (Only available DURING-Show)

FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES- Helps with set up and management of various fan interaction activities throughout the festival site. There are a lot of different things that fans can participate in and working on this C’roo will give you a varied experience in what it takes to plan, set up, and operate the special and unique experiences at Bonnaroo (Only available DURING-Show)

• This C’roo may require overnight shifts.

INFO/PODS- Provides information to festival attendees and helps maintain all of the various POD areas in the campgrounds. Also runs the main information booth in Centeroo. Experience and knowledge of Bonnaroo is a huge plus because this C’roo is on the front lines as the face of the people who planned it all. (Only available DURING-Show)

• This C’roo will camp within the PODs that they are assigned to instead of the main C’roo camping area.
• This C’roo may require overnight shifts.

LOGISTICS AND SET-UP- Assists with various projects around the festival from setting up work and event areas to helping with the operational and production sides of the festival site. Could require heavy lifting. The experience you could have on this C’roo will be all over the place, literally. Every department at Bonnaroo will be utilizing this C’roo is some form or another to make the event happen. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION- Works as administrative help in the various festival office maintaining supply orders, doing data entry, and other general office work. Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry a plus. This is as behind the scenes as it gets, working hand in hand in the festival administration offices, helping all of the puppet masters pull their strings. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

PARKING- Exactly what it sounds like. Helping park vehicles throughout the festival. But is it really that simple? No! This C’roo is for people with an eye for problem solving, traffic control, safety, and the ability to move and adjust quickly as the site fills up. (Only available DURING-Show)

• This C’roo may require overnight shifts.
• Will work one 12-hour shift and one 6-hour shift instead of three 6-hour shifts. All shifts will be done by Friday night.
• This C’roo will camp in a different location closer to the entrances of the campground.

PARTNER ACTIVITIES- Assists festival partners and sponsors with their activations on site from helping set up to running fan interaction with the different activities. Could require heavy lifting. If you have an interest in marketing, promotions, public relations, this C’roo is about all of those things and more. It’s about helping our brands provide a great experience to our fans. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

ROLL LIKE A ROCK STAR- Helps with set up and management of the Roll Like a Rock Star program. Excellent customer service skills required. This C’roo is all about business management and providing a service to high-level clients (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

SUPPORT- Acts as a fill-in C’roo wherever additional help and support is needed. Excellent opportunity for those who are willing to take on anything and are looking for variety in the work that they do each day. Could require heavy lifting. (Available PRE-Show and DURING-Show)

TOLL BOOTHS- Staffs the entrances to the festival and helps guide festival attendees from the entrance to their camping location. This is your chance to be on the front lines and watch the crowds roll in. They are the gate keepers to the entire Bonnaroo experience. (Only available DURING-Show)

• This C’roo may require overnight shifts
• Will work one 12-hour shift and one 6-hour shift instead of three 6 hour shifts. All 12-hour shifts will be on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
• This C’roo will camp in a different location closer to the entrances of the campground.

VISUAL DESIGN AND DÉCOR- Assists the visual design team on site with setting up and prepping different visual elements of the festival. Art, painting, carpentry, or building skills a plus. Could require heavy lifting. This is a great opportunity to help create the visual elements at Bonnaroo which are some of the most unique things about the entire event. (Only available PRE-Show)

Clean Vibes C'Roo Descriptions

THESE CLEAN VIBES C’ROOS OFFER DURING-SHOW SHIFTS:

CLEAN UP- Clean Vibes During Show Clean Up Volunteers will be working with a large group of staff and volunteers collecting and consolidating bags of trash and recycling and sweeping the grounds of all litter each morning. (F/S/S) Please be aware that this is physical work, including stooping, bending and lifting, and that you will be working hard – rain or shine!

COMPOST- Clean Vibes During Show Compost Volunteers will be working alongside Clean Vibes Compost Crew members to sort non-compost items out of the on-site compost pile. This is dirty but very rewarding work. This position requires stooping and bending and may entail some lifting. We do provide a shade tent for these volunteers.

TRASH TALKER®- Clean Vibes Trash Talker® Volunteers will be managing a waste reclamation station in Centeroo or the main venue in order to direct attendees on the proper disposal of their waste – in recycling, compost, or landfill. This position is both fun and interactive; it allows each volunteer to have a direct influence on the amount of waste diverted from the landfill while educating the music fans!

TABLE BUSSER- Clean Vibes During Show Table Bussers will be stationed within one of the picnic table areas in Centeroo and will work in conjunction with Clean Vibes crew and Clean Vibes Trash Talkers to ensure the area remains clean and safe. This is a fun job educating festival attendees on waste disposal while encouraging them to clean up after themselves!

THE CLEAN VIBES POST SHOW CLEAN-UP C’ROO IS THE ONLY POST-SHOW C’ROO
Clean Vibes Post Show Cleanup Volunteers will be working the Tuesday and Wednesday after the event. Volunteers will work with a large group of staff and volunteers collecting and consolidating bags of trash and recycling and sweeping the campgrounds. Please be aware that this is physical work, including stooping, bending and lifting, and that you will be working hard – rain or shine! 20 hour commitment, 10 hours on both Tuesday (6/18) and Wednesday (6/19) after the event.
