BONNAROO 2010 VIP ON-SALE BEGINS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 9th, 2010 AT 12:00 PM EST. PURCHASE VIP TICKETS.
VIP tickets for the 2010 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will be available for purchase for $1,349.50 per pair plus applicable fees.

Each VIP package includes:
• (2) VIP tickets
• Exclusive VIP entrance
• Preferred parking and camping near venue in VIP area for one car (See below for RV upgrade info).
• Special shower and restroom facilities with attendants
• VIP pre-event dinner and party on Thursday night
• Three exclusive VIP lounges located throughout the site
• Exclusive viewing areas for the What and Which stages
• Commemorative Bonnaroo package including t-shirt and poster
VIP ticket fees are $72.60 per pair, which includes per ticket a $6.00 facility fee, $3.00 contribution to Coffee County, $1.00 charity donation, and service fees.
All VIP tickets will be shipped via FedEx Express - Signature Required for $12.00 per order. Shipping costs for International orders vary based on the country to which the order is being shipped.
There is a limit of (5) VIP packages per order.
All tickets are 4-day festival passes (Thursday through Sunday), which include camping and (1) VIP parking pass. RVs and other oversized vehicles require a VIP RV upgrade pass. See below for more info.
VIP tickets are sold in pairs only.
Everyone entering through the VIP entrance is required to have his or her own VIP ticket and wristband and a VIP parking pass for the vehicle. (VIP wristband will be received upon check-in). No one without a VIP wristband will be allowed to enter the VIP entrance, even if he or she has a VIP parking pass.
Your ticket will be a specially designed souvenir ticket, unique to the 2010 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.
Tickets will ship starting on Wednesday, May 26th, 2010. Remember to have your tickets shipped to an address where you or your authorized representative will be in late May and early June. You will be notified via email as to precisely when your tickets have been shipped.
All sales are final.
There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets.
The 2010 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will take place rain or shine.

VIP FOOD PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)
The renowned TomKats Catering Group will be providing food for the VIP food program. With over 20 years experience working on thousands of production sets including 30 Rock, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, I Am Legend, and American Gangster, to it’s world-renowned restaurants including the Loveless Cafe, Saffire and SoBro Grill, the talented chefs of TomKats will be on-site providing high-quality, freshly-prepared food in a variety of genres to meet the demands of the most discerning palates. From the Loveless Cafe’s famous fried chicken and biscuits (seen on the Food Network, the Travel Channel and Martha Stewart) to vegetarian and salad bar options, there will be a wealth of selections to choose from at various food stations each day.
The VIP food program will include lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A plan may be purchased in advance for $194.50 per person plus applicable service fees for all six meals.
IMPORTANT - VIP food program meal packages are not sold in pairs. If both guests in your VIP party want to participate in the program, you will need to purchase (2) two VIP food program meal packages when purchasing your VIP tickets.
(You must purchase VIP tickets to the 2010 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival to participate in the VIP food program. To enter the VIP food area, you will be required to show your VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers. No one without a VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers will be allowed to enter the VIP food area.)

RV UPGRADE INFORMATION
A limited amount of VIP RV upgrade passes will be sold for $150.00 (including service fees). These will be available when you purchase Bonnaroo VIP tickets.
A VIP RV upgrade pass is required for each RV to enter the festival grounds and park in the specifically designated VIP RV parking area.
The VIP RV upgrade parking pass includes parking for (1) RV only, allowing you to park (1) RV onto the festival grounds instead of a car.
There is a limit of (2) VIP RV upgrade passes per order.
An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal 15-passenger van. All oversized vehicles, trailers, campers that are towed, and busses are considered RVs.

BONNAROO ON-SITE RV TRAILERS
Just like last year, Bonnaroo will be offering patrons the chance to rent a limited number of pre-parked RV trailers at the festival. These RV trailers will be parked in RV parking areas in close proximity to Centeroo, in both the VIP and general camping areas, and you will be able to drive directly up to them in your vehicle and park. There is only one parking space allotted to each unit, so any additional vehicles in your party will need to park either outside of the festival or in the general or VIP campgrounds potentially away from the RV trailer location. GREENING INITIATIVE
Support Bonnaroo’s greening initiatives both on site and in the community! Your contribution will support the development and implementation of sustainable energy and environmental improvements. We will report back each year to let you know what you’ve made possible. With your support we can continue to make the most sustainable choices while maintaining the ultimate experience for the fan, and setting the standard in sustainability and greening practices. You will be able to make a contribution in an amount of your choice when purchasing tickets to Bonnaroo. May we suggest $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome. Tickets will be required for children 6 and older.
ACCESS INFO
There will be an accessible camping area for people with mobility disabilities. No early notification will be required, however a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hangtag is required to camp in this area. There will be raised platforms at the stage areas for those who use wheelchairs.
