Bio

  • Begin with a group meditation, few moments for breath work to become present to the movement and experience
  • Transition into a warm up built of primarily yoga flow, and core activations
  • Go through an interval workout of strengthening movements focusing on stability, and isometric holds (opposed to lots of jumping/aggressive movements)
  • Wind down with a core strengthening intervals
  • End with yoga flow cool down
  • Final moments include a group guided meditation, bringing in purpose to your movement, mindfulness into the movement, setting intentions for the weekend, focus on celebrating what our bodies can do for us
