CongaRoo with The Roo-Tang Clan – Record Breaking Conga Line Attempt

Want to help Bonnaroo set the record for Longest Conga Line at a Music Festival? The Roo-Tang Clan is getting it started in Groop Camping (Near The Grove) and counting on YOO to help it stretch and weave it through the campgrounds all the way to the Arch! The conga line size will be measured both by peak length and the number of dancers that conga past the finish line, so get in where you fit in! Video/Photo documentation and portable speakers blaring “Conga” by Gloria Estefan & Miami Sound Machine ALL STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.

Have an idea? How it works

bring your fun idea to life at Roo! No idea is too small, from a coordinated costume meet-up to palm reading. No intention is too big, we really do think positivity and inclusivity can change the world. Your idea should be something you (or you and a small group of friends) can easily accomplish on The Farm, while still having a blast at Bonnaroo yourself.

Send an email to with the following information, and if your project seems doable we will send you more details so that you can submit a full proposal.

If your idea is selected, we will give you a shout out in our Bonnaroo Community event listings!

The possibilities are endless, limited only by silly things like physics and the space time continuum of course!
