ADDITIONAL PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION

Your first payment will serve to secure your ticket(s). All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the initial purchase.

All ticket fees including shipping will be added to your 1st payment.

IMPORTANT: If, for any reason, any of your payments are declined, in whole or in part, then all of the following will apply: (i) your order and your tickets will be cancelled (ii) any payment received as of that date will be kept by Bonnaroo as partial offset for your default, (iii) you will still owe the balance of the full amount due for each ticket and you authorize Ticketstoday and Bonnaroo to charge your credit card for any balance due, (iv) Ticketstoday and Bonnaroo will be entitled to pursue all of their legal and equitable remedies to recover the full payment from you, and (v) you agree to pay all costs of collection incurred by Ticketstoday or Bonnaroo, including legal fees, that they may incur in collecting the balance of each ticket price. Payment plan tickets are subject to all of the other terms of the ticketing agreement.

TICKET DETAILS

All tickets are 4-day festival passes (Thursday through Sunday), which include camping and parking (except for RVs and other oversized vehicles, which will require an additional pass. See above for more information).

All sales are final. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets. The 2015 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will take place rain or shine.

All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the 2015 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, however acts are subject to change without notice.

SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVE

One dollar from your 2015 Bonnaroo ticket goes toward permanent sustainability site improvements on the Farm. This will majorly reduce our impact on the environment. How? On-site composting, permanent solar power, Planet Roo projects and more. Look for our Annual report online for details on how these funds are spent. Are you allowed to give more than $1 to the fund? Yes please, thank you and hooray. You will be able to make a contribution in an amount of your choice when purchasing tickets to Bonnaroo. May we suggest $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100.

CHILDREN

Children of all ages are welcome. Tickets will be required for children 6 and older.

ACCESS INFO

There will be an accessible camping area for people with mobility disabilities. No early notification will be required, however a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hangtag is required to camp in this area. There will be raised platforms at the stage areas for those who use wheelchairs.

Wristband Information

Each ticket buyer to Bonnaroo 2015 will receive a high security wristband with a uniquely coded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip embedded inside. Every wristband will be scanned as you enter & exit the festival site, as well as the Centeroo and Main Venue areas.

Each package shipped will include detailed instructions on the proper procedure for using your Bonnaroo 2015 wristband. It is important that you read these instructions and follow them exactly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in your not being admitted to the festival site.

At the festival, if you have any questions about or problems with your wristband visit one of the Wristband Customer Service stations where a staff member can help you. Station locations will be clearly marked on your festival map.

REQUIRED WRISTBAND REGISTRATION

This year, all Bonnaroovians are required to register his/her RFID wristband. It's your ticket and your investment. Registering will establish its authenticity and ensure that your uniquely coded wristband belongs to you. Connecting will also enhance your Bonnaroo experience with social media features, possible VIP upgrades and merchandise discounts. Awesome!

WARNING! FAKE TICKETS & WRISTBANDS

Only wristbands purchased through the Bonnaroo ticket website are guaranteed to be authentic, with properly coded and activated RFID technology. We do not want any of our fans to be scammed. Please be aware:

We are not responsible for any counterfeit tickets or wristbands.

In addition, any wristbands reported lost or stolen will have their RFID chip deactivated and will not be valid.

For your own protection, please do not purchase wristbands from any source other than bonnaroo.com or your most trusted friends and family. Fake or deactivated wristbands may look like the real thing but they will be identified by our scanning system at the front gates.

Those in possession of fake wristbands – or ones reported lost or stolen - will not be admitted to the festival.

RV INFORMATION

Think of the campgrounds on The Farm as a mini city, divided into sections by streets (east-west) and avenues (north-south), with a designated area for RVs. When you arrive on The Farm, you will be processed at the tollbooths and directed to the RV section of the campgrounds. An RV pass is required for each RV to enter the campgrounds (think of it like a GA wristband for your RV). Each RV space will be 20' X 50'. Tents can be set up if they are within this space. Any slides or awnings must fit within the designated space as well.

The following vehicles are considered an RV, and every RV entering The Farm requires an RV Pass:

• Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C

• Any size bus (no tour buses, prevosts or motorcoaches allowed)

• Any vehicle wider or longer than a normal 15 passenger van (230.8" x 79.3" x 82.3")

• Any vehicle towing a camper or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV.

Box trucks and trailers are not allowed into the campgrounds.

Heads Up: Vehicles towing campers are considered part of the RV, and do not need a companion pass, but must remain attached to the camper.

In addition to the RV pass, any car arriving with an RV needs an RV Companion Pass. If you are towing anything, you do not need a companion pass.  Even if your car and RV can fit into one designated RV space (20’ X 50’) you still must purchase BOTH passes to adhere to parking standards. You are limited to ONE companion pass per RV. Vehicles towing campers are considered part of the RV, and do not need a companion pass, but must remain attached to the camper. Companion vehicles must arrive on site at the same time as the RV.

We do not provide generators OR electrical outlets. All RVs are allowed to bring small portable generators, so long as they are no larger than 4kW and 70db. If the generator is built into your RV, you may exceed this limit. There will not be any hookups or dumping areas. However, there will be a company roaming the campgrounds to empty your holding tanks and refill your water for a fee.  The number for the company can be found in your Festival Guide when you arrive on site and they will be available 24 hours a day.

General Admission RV Areas:

GA RV passes are sold for $250.00 (including applicable fees).

GA RV + Companion Vehicle passes are sold for $275.00 (including applicable fees). Companion vehicle passes allow an accompanying vehicle into the designated camping area next to the RV camping area.

There is a limit of (2) RV or RV + Companion Vehicle passes per order.

VIP RV Areas:

VIP RV passes are sold for $250.00 (including applicable fees).

VIP FOOD PROGRAM

This year’s VIP Food Program will be back and better than ever for 2015. We are excited to be teaming up with Five Senses Catering Group to provide food for this year’s VIP food program. Relax and enjoy your meals in a private air conditioned tent centrally located in the VIP camping area.

Five Senses Restaurant & Catering is famous for “A Hint of Southern Fare with a dash of French Cuisine”. Located in Murfreesboro, TN (just up the road from The Farm in Manchester), Five Senses strives to bring a fresh, healthy & local approach to dining. Five Senses specializes in locally sourced produce & meats, as well as seasonal menus. There will be a number of food stations to choose from that will offer different selections each day, including a vegetarian option. Enjoy entrees such as:  Batey’s Farm Local Pork Loin served with Peach & Mint Salsa, Grilled Fillet of Beef with Whole Grain Mustard Aioli, Spinach & Portabella Lasagna with Pesto Cream Sauce, Cumin Rubbed Chicken served with Chipotle Aioli, Salmon in a tomato and dill broth- just to name a few! ….along with a variety of flavorful sides and salads. The classically prepared dishes infused with Southern flavors are sure to delight your palate.

The VIP food program will include lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A plan may be purchased in advance for $199.50 (per person) plus applicable fees for all six meals. 

IMPORTANT - VIP food program meal packages are not sold in pairs. If both guests in your VIP party want to participate in the program, you will need to purchase (2) TWO VIP food program meal packages. Each person must possess both a VIP wristband and a VIP food program meal voucher to enter the VIP food area.

TICKETING FRAUD

The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival wants to stop ticket abuses and we need your help. Counterfeit ticketing harms everyone. It leads to higher ticket prices to cover losses, leaves fans stranded when bogus tickets are discovered, and causes delays at concert entrances as tickets must be closely inspected to uncover counterfeits. Persons selling counterfeit tickets are committing a crime and may be subject to prosecution, fines and jail time.

We are aware of many instances of counterfeit ticketing and are working hard to keep abuses from happening. But we also know there are even more out there and that new schemes are being devised daily. You can help us stop ticket fraud and protect your concert experience. SHIPPING

Domestic shipping for General Admission passes will be through UPS at $15.50 per order.

Domestic shipping for VIP passes will be through UPS at $18.50 per order.

Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the country to which the order is being shipped.

Orders placed and paid in full by May 1st, will ship on May 8th. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Based on your selected shipping method, you should expect your order to arrive between 2-10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email. When purchasing, please enter a shipping address where you plan to be in early May.
