Day Ticket + Nashville Shuttle Package

The Nashville Convention Visitors Corp (NCVC) has teamed with the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, to put together, for the first time ever, weekend and single-day ticket and shuttle packages. We are excited to offer daily round trip shuttle transportation from Nashville directly to the Bonnaroo site. Buses will depart twice a day from LP Field where there will be free parking for all shuttle pass holders. You will then be whisked away to the festival and dropped off at a convenient location on site near Centeroo and the main venue. After a fun filled day with experiences that one can only find at Bonnaroo, there are two departure times at night, bringing you back to Nashville - it couldn't be easier!

A limited number of RV and RV + Companion vehicle passes are available for purchase when you buy Bonnaroo tickets.
An RV pass is required for each RV to enter the festival grounds and park in the specifically designated, RV-only areas.
GA and VIP RV passes are sold for $200.00 (including service fees).
RV + Companion vehicle passes are sold for $225.00 (including service fees). Companion vehicle passes allow an accompanying vehicle to park next to your RV, within the designated RV camping area. One companion vehicle is allowed per RV, and it must arrive at the festival at the same time.
There is a limit of (2) RV or RV + Companion vehicle passes per order.
An RV is defined as any vehicle equal of, or larger either in length, width or height than an average 15-passenger van (230.8″ x 79.3″ x 82.3″). All oversized vehicles, trailers, campers that are towed, and busses are considered RVs.

VIP Food Program
The renowned TomKats Catering Group will be providing food for the VIP food program. With over 20 years experience working on thousands of production sets including 30 Rock, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, I Am Legend, and American Gangster, to it’s world-renowned restaurants including the Loveless Cafe, Saffire and SoBro Grill, the talented chefs of TomKats will be on-site providing high-quality, freshly-prepared food in a variety of genres to meet the demands of the most discerning palates. From the Loveless Cafe famous fried chicken and biscuits (seen on the Food Network, the Travel Channel and Martha Stewart) to vegetarian and salad bar options, there will be a wealth of selections to choose from at various food stations each day.
The VIP food program will include lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A plan may be purchased in advance for $194.50 per person plus applicable service fees for all six meals.
IMPORTANT – VIP food program meal packages are not sold in pairs. If both guests in your VIP party want to participate in the program, you will need to purchase (2) two VIP food program meal packages when purchasing your VIP tickets.
You must purchase VIP tickets to the 2013 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival to participate in the VIP food program. To enter the VIP food area, you will be required to show your VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers. No one without a VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers will be allowed to enter the VIP food area.

All tickets are 4-day festival passes (Thursday through Sunday), which include camping and parking (except for RVs and other oversized vehicles, which will require an additional pass. See below for more information).
All sales are final. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets. The 2013 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will take place rain or shine. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the 2013 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, however acts are subject to change without notice.
Support Bonnaroo’s greening initiatives both on site and in the community! Your contribution will support the development and implementation of sustainable energy and environmental improvements. We will report back each year to let you know what you’ve made possible. With your support we can continue to make the most sustainable choices while maintaining the ultimate experience for the fan, and setting the standard in sustainability and greening practices. You will be able to make a contribution in an amount of your choice when purchasing tickets to Bonnaroo. May we suggest $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100.
Children of all ages are welcome. Tickets will be required for children 6 and older.
There will be an accessible camping area for people with mobility disabilities. No early notification will be required, however a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hangtag is required to camp in this area. There will be raised platforms at the stage areas for those who use wheelchairs.

Domestic shipping will be through UPS for $13.50 per order.
Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the country to which the order is being shipped.
Orders placed and paid in full by April 30th, will ship on May 1st. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Based on your selected shipping method, you should expect your order to arrive between 2-10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email. When purchasing, please enter a shipping address where you plan to be in early May.
Orders placed and paid in full after April 30th will be shipped twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Payment plan orders that are completed and paid in full on May 17th will ship by Friday, May 24th.
