A limited number of RV and RV + Companion vehicle passes will be available for purchase when you buy Bonnaroo tickets.

An RV pass is required for each RV to enter the festival grounds and park in the specifically designated, RV-only areas.

RV and VIP RV passes will be sold for $180.00 (including service fees).

RV + Companion vehicle passes will be sold for $205.00 (including service fees). Companion vehicle passes allow an accompanying vehicle into the designated camping area next to the RV camping area.

There is a limit of (2) RV or RV + Companion vehicle passes per order.

An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal 15-passenger van. All oversized vehicles, trailers, campers that are towed, and busses are considered RVs.

The renowned TomKats Catering Group will be providing food for the VIP food program. With over 20 years experience working on thousands of production sets including 30 Rock, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, I Am Legend, and American Gangster, to it’s world-renowned restaurants including the Loveless Cafe, Saffire and SoBro Grill, the talented chefs of TomKats will be on-site providing high-quality, freshly-prepared food in a variety of genres to meet the demands of the most discerning palates. From the Loveless Cafe’s famous fried chicken and biscuits (seen on the Food Network, the Travel Channel and Martha Stewart) to vegetarian and salad bar options, there will be a wealth of selections to choose from at various food stations each day.

The VIP food program will include lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  A plan may be purchased in advance for $194.50 per person plus applicable service fees for all six meals.

IMPORTANT – VIP food program meal packages are not sold in pairs.  If both guests in your VIP party want to participate in the program, you will need to purchase (2) two VIP food program meal packages when purchasing your VIP tickets.

You must purchase VIP tickets to the 2012 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival to participate in the VIP food program. To enter the VIP food area, you will be required to show your VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers.  No one without a VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers will be allowed to enter the VIP food area.

Bonnaroo is offering a limited number of Group Camping areas for ticket holders to reserve in advance for a nominal fee. To help protect you and your Bonnaroo investment, you will receive a specially designed wristband with a unique RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) chip that will be mailed to you in advance of the festival in lieu of a physical ticket. This secure RFID chip in your wristband is unique to you and your order. Your wristband is your ticket to Bonnaroo 2012!

Instructions regarding the RFID program and when and how to activate your wristband will accompany your order.

Bonnaroo reserves the right to charge a replacement fee for lost or stolen wristbands.

CHILDREN

Children of all ages are welcome. Tickets will be required for children 6 and older.

ACCESS INFO

There will be an accessible camping area for people with mobility disabilities. No early notification will be required, however a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hangtag is required to camp in this area. There will be raised platforms at the stage areas for those who use wheelchairs.

Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the country to which the order is being shipped.

Orders will begin shipping in May. Remember to have your order shipped to an address where you or your authorized representative will be in May through June. You will be notified via email as to precisely when your order has been shipped. Depending on the shipping option you choose, you should expect your order to arrive no more than 7 days after you receive confirmation that you order has shipped.
