Only wristbands and car passes purchased through the Bonnaroo ticket website are guaranteed to be authentic, with properly coded and activated RFID technology. We do not want any of our fans to be scammed. Please be aware:

    • We are not responsible for any counterfeit tickets, wristbands or car passes.
    • In addition, any wristbands reported lost or stolen will have their RFID chip deactivated and will not be valid.
    • For your own protection, please do not purchase wristbands from any source other than bonnaroo.com or your most trusted friends and family. Fake or deactivated wristbands may look like the real thing but they will be identified by our scanning system at the front gates.
    • Those in possession of fake wristbands – or ones reported lost or stolen – will not be admitted to the festival.
    • There are NO paper tickets for Bonnaroo 2017. Don’t get scammed!
  7. Fake Tickets & Wristbands
The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival wants to stop ticket abuses and we need your help.

Counterfeit ticketing harms everyone. It leads to higher ticket prices to cover losses, leaves fans stranded when bogus tickets are discovered, and causes delays at concert entrances as tickets must be closely inspected to uncover counterfeits. Persons selling counterfeit tickets are committing a crime and may be subject to prosecution, fines and jail time.

We are aware of many instances of counterfeit ticketing and are working hard to keep abuses from happening. But we also know there are even more out there and that new schemes are being devised daily. You can help us stop ticket fraud and protect your concert experience. If you would like to report an experience with ticket fraud, click to submit the fraud form below. Meanwhile, remember to purchase your tickets from a trusted source and be sure you have detailed documentation of your purchase when you arrive at the concert venue.

The VIP Campgrounds open at 7:00 AM on Thursday, June 8, 2017.

The parking lot for those with Day Parking Passes will open at 8:00 AM Thursday, June 8, 2017.

All campgrounds close at 12:00 PM on Monday, June 12, 2017.

Managing traffic is the closest thing we know to rocket science, trust us. We have three GA entrances – which we call Tollbooths – as well as an exclusive VIP Tollbooth for VIP ticket holders only. In order to get everyone into the festival as quickly as possible, we carefully balance the number of vehicles coming into each Tollbooth. Please take the suggested routes below, and obey all law enforcement directions, as well as electronic message boards that may post an alternative route.

What determines where you camp? The Tollbooth in which you enter, and the time you arrive. Does this mean some people get “better” camping spots than others? Yeah, it does. Life is unfair. But no matter where you camp, you’re close to bathrooms, water, security and medical staff. And keep in mind that a closer campsite doesn’t mean a better view of the stage. It’s just a shorter walk, and the exercise doesn’t hurt. Furthermore, we know from experience that amazingly great times are had in every corner of the campgrounds. Who knows, you could be camped next door to your new BFF.

  3. What Is Included In VIP Camping?

The VIP Campgrounds OPEN at 7:00 AM on Thursday, June 8, 2017 and CLOSE at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 12, 2017.

The VIP campgrounds are located close to Centeroo and the Main Venue. This camping area is for those who have purchased VIP tickets. Each pair of VIP tickets allows access for one vehicle through an exclusive VIP entrance into the site. RVs are welcome in VIP camping, but you’ll need to buy a VIP-RV pass in advance (think of it like a VIP wristband for your RV). For full VIP ticket information and to purchase VIP packages, click here.

Like its name suggests, it comes with perks. Such as? An exclusive VIP lounge located in the VIP campground and in Centeroo – lounges include complimentary wi-fi, gaming areas and a live video feed of festival performances.

VIP ticket holders also get exclusive viewing areas for the What and Which stages, and a commemorative Bonnaroo merchandise package, including two Bonnaroo t-shirts and two Bonnaroo posters.

Not a fan of camp food? VIP ticket holders have the option to purchase a meal plan. Stay tuned for details.

  4. Can I Bring My RV?

    Short answer: yes.

Long answer: An RV pass is required for each RV to enter the campgrounds (think of it like a GA or VIP wristband for your RV). Each RV space will be 20′ X 50′. Tents can be set up if they are within this space. Any slides or awnings must fit within the designated space as well.

The following vehicles are considered an RV, and requires an RV Pass:
    • Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C
    • Any size bus (no tour buses, prevosts or motorcoaches allowed)
    • Any vehicle longer than a normal 15-passenger van (20ft.)
    • Any vehicle towing a camper or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV.

Box trucks and trailers are not allowed into the campgrounds.

    COMPANION VEHICLE INFORMATION

Looking to bring an extra car with your RV? Along with the RV Pass, a companion vehicle must have a Car Camping Pass. Companion vehicles must arrive on site at the same time as the RV. If you are towing anything, you do not need a Car Camping Pass. Even if your car and RV can fit into one designated RV space (20’ X 50’) you still must purchase BOTH passes to adhere to parking standards. You are limited to ONE Car Camping Pass per RV. Vehicles towing campers are considered part of the RV, and do not need a Car Camping Pass, but must remain attached to the camper.

There will not be any hookups or dumping areas. However, there will be a company roaming the campgrounds to empty your holding tanks and refill your water for a fee. The number for the company can be found in your Festival Guide when you arrive on site and they will be available 24 hours a day.

New for 2017! We are happy to announce the option to power your RV with the RV Power Pass! Head here for more info!

  5. If I Bring My Own RV, Is There Power?

YES! Announcing the Bonnaroo RV Power Pass! Have the convenience of power hook ups right at your RV spot. Because there are different size RVs that require different power to operate, we have two Power Pass options available. 50 Amp (220 volt) or 30 Amp (110 volt). Not sure what that means or what type your RV requires? Read below to help you pick the right option and review the rules and regulations of the program carefully before purchasing.

WHAT IS AN AMP? HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PASS TO PURCHASE?

Some of you may be RV experts, but for those that are renting this might be a new thing. Best thing to do is to ask your RV rental supplier, or your buddy you are borrowing an RV from what amperage is needed. Many newer and/or larger 5th wheel units tend to need more power, while your more traditional units tend to need only 30 Amps. However, this can vary depending on make and model so again, please confirm your needs before making your Power Pass purchase. You don’t want to rent a luxurious unit with amazing AC that runs on 50 Amps, and only purchase a 30 Amp package! If so, there’s a strong chance, there won’t be enough power in all rooms of the RV unit, and you and your friends won’t be too happy.

    OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

50 Amp (220 volt) / 30 Amp (110 volt) spots are grouped by amperage. Units will not be mixed together so please plan accordingly if you intend to travel in a group of more than 1 RV. Arrive together to camp together (per amperage). Saving spaces will not be allowed. Please make sure that the respective amp and voltage corresponds to what is indicated here: 50 Amp (220 volt) ONLY, and all 30 Amp (110 volt). No adapters or connectors that adjust the above amperage and voltage will be allowed.

    EXAMPLES:

Screen Shot 2016-11-13 at 11.49.21 AM

    WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU?
    • You must provide your own connector for the (30 or 50 Amp) spot you purchased.
    • Electrical extension cords must be provided for each RV, with a minimum of 75′ to run from each RV to the power source. Many RVs already come with some length of cord, meaning you may only need to supplement by having an additional 25′ extension cord.
    • Be sure to order the right power. In the event that an RV user overloads their 30 Amp (110 volt) or 50 Amp (220 volt) power source and “pops” their breaker, Bonnaroo staff will gladly reset the breaker one time and give the RV owner a one time warning. If the breaker “pops” a second time, the RV triggering the issue will be disconnected from the power grid without a refund for the remainder of the show.
    • You can find extension cords, power connectors, power adaptors, and other RV supplies at numerous places not limited to CampingWorld.com, AdventureRV.net, CandysCampers.com, Scenic RoadsRV.com, SouthernRV.net, and any other RV supply store.
  6. I'm Going To The Festival But Not Camping On-Site. Can I Still Visit The Campgrounds?

Yes. Your wristband will allow you to access the campground specific to your ticket type. For example, if you have a GA wristband and have friends in VIP, you will only be able to enter the GA campgrounds.

  7. What Is A Pod?

Each Pod is strategically placed throughout the campgrounds so you have close access to all the things your campsite cannot provide — toilets, showers, hand washing stations, charging stations, medical and security staff, and other fellow Bonnaroovians.

It is your landmark to ensure you’re on the right path back to your campsite after too many slices of pizza, it is your home base for any general needs throughout the weekend. Each Pod is marked with a big numbered balloon and can be seen from far, far away.

Did we mention there is a Pod Ambassador there 24/7? They are your go-to resource for any questions or issues that (hopefully don’t) arise.

  8. Tell Me More About Le Bon Tents!

Formerly known as Tent City, the new and improved Le Bon Tents have more options than ever before. Available in GA and VIP, you can leave the tent pitching and furnishing to us and camp in style with these enhanced options!

    Large Groups

If you are attending Bonnaroo in a large group and will be renting multiple tents, you can request that your units be located next to each other. All requests can be made to onsitetent@bonnaroo.com.

    Parking

Each GA package will include one Le Bon Tents vehicle hangtag for your car. There is only one parking space allotted to each unit, so any additional vehicles in your party will need to park either outside of the festival, or purchase a Car Camping Pass for the GA campgrounds, potentially away from the designated tent rentals area.

Prior to the festival, you will receive instructions via email on the how to get to Le Bon Tents when you arrive on The Farm along with check-in procedures. Each GA purchase and rental will get a single Le Bon Tents identification hangtag for your car. THIS VEHICLE HANGTAG IS YOUR GA CAR CAMPING PASS NEEDED TO ENTER THE CAMPGROUNDS.

For VIP or Platinum guests, you will only need your VIP hangtag to enter with your vehicle. A Le Bon Tents hangtag will not be provided and is not necessary for entry.

You must bring your receipt and picture ID to claim your Tent/Cabana. You will not be able to claim your rental without a picture ID that matches the name used when buying the package. Without your picture ID and the e-mail receipt, you may be denied your Tent/Cabana rental and no refund will be issued.

Have questions? email us at Onsitetent@Bonnaroo.com

  9. Am I Allowed To Camp In The Campgrounds With A Full-Size Van Or VW Bus?

Yes, as long as your van or bus seats less than 15 people or is less than 20 feet long. If you plan to bring a vehicle larger than a standard 15-passenger van, you need to purchase an RV Pass, rather than the Car Camping Pass or Day Parking Pass.

  10. Can I Bring A Guitar? Instruments?

Yes, but please be mindful of your neighbors. Your 5 AM jam session may be your neighbors’ prime time for beauty sleep.

Also, leave your instruments inside the campgrounds. Maybe one day you’ll be on stage, but not today.

  11. Can I Have A Campfire?

No. Open flames will not be permitted within the campgrounds or festival site.

  12. What Is Your Vehicle Policy?

An RV is defined as any vehicle larger in length of 20’. All oversized vehicles, trailers, campers that are towed are considered RVs. For more info on RVs, head here. Also, Box Trucks are not permitted.

Full-size motorcycles are discouraged, but will be allowed to enter under special circumstances. Security personnel will warn motorcycle riders that motorcycles must be parked and will not be allowed to drive around the festival property unless the motorcycle is exiting the festival grounds.

Other vehicles that are not permitted include:
    • All bikes or scooters
    • Segways
    • Four Wheelers
    • Pocket Bikes

Any of these items must be left at a designated area at the Tollbooths according to Security guidelines.

  13. What Is Groop Camping?

Again this year, Bonnaroo is offering a limited number of Groop Camping packages which allows your group (24 people or more) to book in advance and enjoy the luxury of camping with friends without the chaos and hassle of planning, meeting up beforehand and entering together. Arrive at your leisure and still be able to camp in your own private little world.

A minimum of 24 people in your Groop are required in order to purchase a Groop Camping package. A Groop Camping package does not include tickets to the festival. All Groop Camping participants must purchase a General Admission (GA) ticket.

Please note: you will not need to purchase a separate Car Camping Pass if you choose to participate in Groop Camping. 1 vehicle pass will be provided for every 3 people in your Groop

To Register for Groop Camping, visit the Groop Camping Page.

If you have any questions, please email us at groopcamping@bonnaroo.com

  14. What Is Community Camping? (and how is it different from Groop?)

Community Camping is new for 2017, and is essentially themed Groop Camping open to anyone who is interested. While Groop camping is for fans to organize their own large groups, community camping is organized by Bonnaroo and open to anyone.

Based on your feedback, three brand community camps will be available: Fan SuperJam™ Camp for Bonnaroovian musicians, Girls Just Wanna! for all female-identified Bonnaroovians, and the sustainability themed People + The Planet camp. You can also elect to join organized camps built upon pre-existing communities at Bonnaroo: Family Camping and Soberoo Camping.

Learn more about the available community camps on the community camping page

If you have any questions, please email us at communitycamping@bonnaroo.com

  15. Is There A Family-Friendly Camping Area?

Yes! If you are bringing small children, consider using our Family Camping Area. Bonnaroo is a place for people of all ages, but we feel a special area for parents and their small children will help provide a better festival experience for all. Expecting parents are also welcome in this area. You don’t need a special ticket to camp here, just ask for this camping section at the Tollbooth. Your vehicle will be flagged and the parking staff will direct you to the right place.

NOTE: You must have a Car Camping Pass to participate in Family Camping. Car Camping Passes can be purchased here.

  16. I'm Not Bringing A Car. Is There A Tent Only Camping Area?
If you don’t have a vehicle, or if you don’t want to be camping next to your vehicle all weekend long, try our limited Tent-Only Camping areas near the Main Venue and Centeroo. There will be no cars, motorcycles, jetpacks, hovercrafts, etc. allowed in this area (in fact, all of these will be towed) other than you and your tent.
      Tent-Only Camping benefits:
    • Nice and close to the Main Venue and Centeroo
    • Close to General Stores, concessions and other services
    • No cars or vehicular traffic in this camping area

Here’s how it works: If you are coming in a car but wish to stay in Tent-Only Camping, you will still need a Car Camping Pass to enter the Tollbooths, which can be purchased here. Then just leave your car behind and hoof it with your gear to the Tent-Only Camping area. You cannot drive your car there to drop your stuff off, so pack light. It’s a distance – a backpack or small luggage cart might help.

If you wish to stay in Tent-Only Camping but will not have a car, are being dropped off, or are entering the festival on foot, you will be processed at the Tollbooth and then allowed to walk over to the Tent-Only Camping area.

The space for Tent-Only Camping is limited, and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis (so, if you want this prime spot, get here early). If you’re late to the party, no worries – you will be camped in GA camping.

  17. Are Camping Passes Per Person Or Per Group?

Every car, truck, SUV, mini van or other standard vehicle will need a Car Camping Pass in order to enter the Tollbooth into Bonnaroo. This pass will cost $59.75 plus fees per car, not per person, so you can save money and reduce your carbon footprint by carpooling.

  18. What Is Your Alcohol Policy?

Each person may bring in 2 cases of beer, 1.75 liter of hard liquor (no glass), and 2 boxes of wine. Anything over this amount is considered “excessive” and will be confiscated. No kegs are allowed in the campgrounds.

  19. Will There Be Food Vendors And/Or A General Store In The Campgrounds?

Yes and yes. There will be food vendors throughout the campgrounds.

There are also two well-stocked General Stores on site — one near the Tower Entrance and one near the Arch Entrance — that offer personal hygiene items, batteries, disposable cameras, ice, beer, water, soda, food… you get the picture. If you forgot something, get it here!

  20. Will There Be Electrical Outlets? Wi-Fi?

There will be Wi-Fi available at each Pod, as well as cell phone charging stations.

  21. Do I Have To Sleep In A Tent?

As long as you’re confined within your campsite, you can sleep in a tent, in your car, in an igloo, etc.

  22. What Is Your Gasoline/Propane/Charcoal Policy?

If you have a gas-powered generator smaller than 4KW, you are allowed to bring the appropriate amount of gasoline to power it. Any excessive amounts of gasoline will be confiscated.

If you have a portable grill or stove, you may bring up to 40 lbs of charcoal and/or a small (5 lbs or less) container of propane. Please note, the small green Coleman propane tanks are limited to 2 per grill.

  23. Can I Ride My Bicycle Around?

No. 2-wheeled objects will not be permitted within the campgrounds or festival site.

  24. Can I Camp With My Friends If They Have VIP And I Have A GA Wristband?

Your friends will be able to access the GA campgrounds, but you will not have access to the VIP campgrounds. If you’d like to camp all together, it must be in GA.

  25. Do You Offer Accessible Camping?

We sure do! The Accessible Camping and Accessible Day Parking areas are close to the main Centeroo entrance and are reserved for patrons with mobility disabilities. A state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard or hangtag, along with your Car Camping Pass, is your “ticket” into these areas. For more info be sure to read the Bonnaroo Access Info Guide

  26. Will There Be ATMs Available?

Yes. If you need cash, ATMs can be found throughout Centeroo, at the General Stores, and at most Pods.
